A significant work for brass band by composer Christopher Gough.  The piece presents a tone poem, inspired by the events of the Gun Powder Plot.  It comprises 4 movements: Introduction of a Ruler; Conspiracy; Treason!; and Remember, Remember the 5th November.  An exciting example of creativity and imagination from this talented writer.  A really effective piece in its own right, making for an ideal choice as a feature in a themed concert.
